Khairul Mazlan is not your typical trainer. From his days as a ship captain traveling the world to his current role as President of the Malaysia Association of Trainers and Coaches (MAPTaC), Khairul brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to empower individuals and organizations to achieve peak performance. A leadership architect, a master communicator, and a proven results-oriented coach.

About
His passion in sharing knowledge appeared when he became the youngest handball coach to lead a championship team at the age of 16. He continued on to develop talent in the corporate world using his unique concept of people management to engage with all levels of employees. He has shared his experience regionally by consulting employers from Malaysia, Indonesia, Germany and recently Papua New Guinea.
An accredited HRDC trainer, he is also an NLP trainer, NLP Master Practitioner, Be Well Lead Well Thriving Leadership Guide, 23plus one practitioner, and Experiential Game Designer.
Also a Council member for Consultant and Business Management Research Association (CBMRA), to commemorate his hard work, Khairul has been recognized as one of the 10 trainers in the Global Trainers Federation (GTF) for the past three years running.
In the meantime, he works with NGO and doctors in improving mental health, and SMEs in improving their businesses. He is also currently managing the Putrajaya Youth Basketball team for national tournaments and holding the treasurer portfolio for Putrajaya Basketball Association (PUBA).
