We chose not to be a training provider — so we will never compete with you for your clients. Our trainers work through training companies, not around them. We supply the trainer, recognise the standard, and guarantee the delivery. We also train your team, brainstorm your pitches, and adjust programmes at cost when it helps you win.
When your trainer cannot make it, iKON deploys a replacement the same day. This works because our trainers are trained in and familiar with each other's content, and typically hold the same programme licences. If the roster is fully committed, we draw from a wider community of more than 3,500 trainers. The replacement is never random. Your client never sees the gap.
iKON does not recruit trainers. We recognise them. ELITE recognition requires demonstrated mastery in delivery, content, and professional conduct — assessed on every engagement, not awarded once. Earn the recognition, maintain your rating above 3.8, and iKON opens doors to training providers across Malaysia and the region.
If a trainer carries the iKON mark, they have been through the ELITE recognition programme, are actively rated after every engagement, and are held to an enforceable performance standard. Not self-awarded. Not honorary. Earned — and maintained.

ELITE is not a certification. It is a recognition — earned through demonstrated mastery across five areas. Every iKON trainer who carries the ELITE mark has been measured, and continues to be measured, across all five.
A rating below 3.8 out of 5, combined with a client request for change, triggers immediate replacement. The recognition is maintained, not permanent.
ENTRY CRITERIA
Meeting the entry criteria earns ELITE recognition. Maintaining it requires a rating above 3.8 on every subsequent engagement.

iKON is operated by Impact Consulting Network Sdn. Bhd., incorporated in Malaysia in 2025. The entity is new — the network it formalises is not. Our founding trainers have worked together for over a decade. We work with training providers, corporations, and government agencies across Malaysia and ASEAN, spanning 12 countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Brunei, Japan, China, Papua New Guinea, India, Germany, and Australia.
