We use Neuro Linguistic Programming frameworks to address the subconscious drivers of performance. The SCORE Model identifies Symptoms, Causes, Outcomes, Resources, and Effects. Dilts' Logical Levels ensure change reaches the right depth — not just surface behaviour, but the beliefs, identity, and purpose underneath.

Behavioural Profiling

We integrate DISC and Color Brain profiling to map cognitive styles and communication preferences within a team. Understanding how people process information turns potential friction into collaborative strength — and ensures training lands the way it was designed to.

MindCanvas

MindCanvas is iKON's flagship psychometric and diagnostic system. Developed in-house, it provides deep insight into cognitive patterns and organisational dynamics before any intervention is designed.

Where standard psychometric tools describe how people behave, MindCanvas maps why — connecting cognitive patterns to the specific performance gaps an organisation is trying to close. The data comes first. The programme is built around it.
