Every iKON trainer who carries the ELITE recognition has demonstrated mastery across five areas: Engagement in the room, Logistics in the room, Influence in the room, Trust before the room, and Expertise of the subject matter. ELITE is not awarded. It is earned — and it is maintained.
Our trainers have trained through floods — one hired a tow truck to move his car through floodwater to reach class. Through a father's funeral, conducted from the funeral home at the wake. Through medical emergencies. iKON stops for three things only: quarantine (which we take online), total and permanent disability, and death. Everything else — the show goes on.
If your trainer cannot make it, we deploy a replacement — same day. If results fall below 3.8 out of 5 and the client requests a change, we replace. Same day. That is what the iKON mark means. Your client never sees the gap in delivery.
